After more than 6 weeks of crawling backwards, going forward finally "clicked" for Wesley and now he's a mobile little maniac!
Our one Christmas wish was that Wesley would crawl by Christmas. Two days before Christmas, it still looked like there was no hope that our wish would be granted - he was still moving backwards.
On Christmas Eve we were at Grandma's for Christmas dinner, and we put him on the living room floor. Grandma was talking to him - and he took off going FORWARD! He crawled toward her like he had been doing it his whole life, and he was SO proud of himself! And we are so proud of him too!
